
Certified Master Teacher with Body Control Pilates™ and a REPs Level 4 Specialist Exercise Instructor focused on Lower Back Pain, Amanda is also a Back Care Professional. She is dedicated to offering clients a safe, effective, and enjoyable Pilates experience, regardless of their background or skill level. Amanda firmly believes in the significant impact Pilates has on enhancing both physical and mental health.
As a committed Body Control Pilates educator and mentor, she has trained numerous aspiring Pilates instructors, sharing her expertise and knowledge with the next generation of Pilates professionals. Amanda teaches on Saturdays.

With over a decade of experience teaching Pilates, including five years delivering up to 15 classes a week at Champneys, Anita brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, patient approach to every session. Her background in physiotherapy assistance equips her with a keen eye for posture, movement, and safe progression, and she has a particular passion for rehabilitation-focused Pilates, helping clients recover mobility, build strength, and move with greater confidence.
Currently completing her STOTT Reformer certification, Anita combines technical expertise with a genuinely supportive coaching style that puts clients of all ages and abilities at ease. Sports and an active lifestyle have always been integral parts of Anita's life, and she wholeheartedly enjoys supporting others on their wellness journeys as one of the dedicated Pilates instructors on our team.

Performing with the National Circus in London, Erin is adept at aerial silks, which sparked her initial interest in Pilates. As a Level 3 Mat and Reformer qualified teacher, she is passionate about Pilates and its benefits.
With a fitness-based approach, Erin aims to enhance her clients' strength, tone, and flexibility while reducing stress and improving their overall well-being. She also enjoys using Pilates props; catch Erin on Friday mornings and Monday evenings for #magiccirclemonday.

Jade works in the corporate world as an Executive Partner and began attending classes in 2023. She had been practicing for several years before gaining her Reformer teaching certification to become one of the skilled Pilates instructors on our team. Now she teaches Pilates classes in addition to her busy schedule.
Jade loves the idea of transforming her clients through the Reformer, believing the alignment and mobilisation it offers greatly supports sports and athletic training. Catch Jade on Sunday mornings!

With over 20 years' experience as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, Lisa is certified through the Pilates Institute and holds credentials in STOTT and Body Control Pilates. Having lived with back and neck issues since childhood, she is passionate about helping others manage pain and medical conditions, specialising in body alignment and targeted exercises for back pain, sciatica, arthritis, and sports injuries.
Lisa is also qualified in pre- and postnatal exercise and Pilates. As a mother herself, she is dedicated to educating women on safe exercise during pregnancy, supporting those with common pregnancy conditions, and empowering new mothers to rehab and return to exercise with confidence.

Sophie qualified in STOTT Mat Pilates and obtained her Reformer certification with HFE. She was inspired to become a Pilates instructor after witnessing the transformative effects of Pilates on strength, balance, and the much-needed sense of space in a busy life.
Her classes emphasise tuning out the distractions, focusing on personal well-being, and achieving real progress at your own pace.
