If you’re completely new to Pilates or Reformer, we recommend starting with either a Taster Beginners Class or a Private Session. This is a great way to learn the fundamental Pilates principles, get familiar with the equipment, and build your confidence with the correct technique in our pilates classes.
From there, we recommend progressing onto our Formae Foundation Course, where you’ll develop a strong understanding of the Pilates method and learn the essential movements and techniques needed for safely advancing in your practice.
Once you’ve completed the Foundation Course, you’ll be ready to explore our diverse class menu, featuring Beginner or All Levels pilates classes.
We offer a variety of Pilates classes, ensuring you can choose sessions that align with your goals, experience, and fitness level.

Ready to commit to Reformer? Our Formae Foundations course, run by our highly experienced instructors, builds on the knowledge from our taster and introductory sessions, preparing you to move seamlessly into a timetabled class!
These courses typically run for 5 weeks, giving you time to fully digest what you've learned and deepen the quality of your Pilates and Reformer practice.
Once you have completed your Formae Foundations course, you'll be ready to book into one of our timetabled Beginner or All Levels classes below!

The Rebound Reformer class, featuring the cardio-tramp attachment for an intermediate level, offers a dynamic Pilates workout. The class focuses on functional movements that support daily activities, helping maintain bone and joint health and improve stability. Exercises can be adapted to suit individual abilities, making this class suitable for both newcomers to Pilates and those with previous experience.
Led by experienced instructors, you'll enjoy a friendly atmosphere where you can move at your own pace while improving your overall health and wellbeing.

Our Foundation Reformer class is the perfect introduction to Reformer Pilates, designed for beginners or anyone looking to build confidence in their practice. You'll learn the fundamental Pilates principles, including breathing, alignment, core engagement and correct movement patterns, while becoming familiar with the Reformer equipment.
Classes are taught at a steady pace, with plenty of guidance from your instructor to ensure you perform each exercise safely and effectively. As your technique and confidence develop, you'll gradually build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
Whether you're completely new to Reformer Pilates or returning after a break, this class provides the ideal foundation for progressing to our other Reformer classes.

A pregnancy Pilates class that blends gentle reformer work with mat sequences to support core and pelvic health, posture, and breath control throughout each trimester.
Moves are thoughtfully modified for each trimester, prioritising comfort, safety, and mindful, low-impact loading. Focus on pelvic floor engagement, ribcage control, and spinal mobility, with breath-guided cues to reduce tension and enhance relaxation.
Tailored intensity and movements to your individual needs.
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy. If you are under 12 weeks and already exercising, you may continue attending one of our Beginner or Mixed Level classes, provided it is led by one of our pregnancy-trained instructors.

Our Post-Natal Pilates classes are designed to support your recovery and wellbeing after childbirth. Led by our expert Pre & Post-Natal Instructors, these sessions provide a safe and effective way to rebuild core strength, improve posture, and restore confidence in your body after pregnancy. You can join our classes safely after your 6–8 week post-natal check or 10-12 weeks post-C-Section.
Our Mum & Baby classes allow you to bring your baby along, so you can focus on your own recovery and wellbeing while spending quality time together. Babies are warmly welcomed in our relaxed and supportive environment.
For safety reasons, Reformer Mum & Baby classes are recommended for pre-crawling babies. Once your baby becomes mobile, we recommend moving to our Mum & Baby Mat Pilates classes, which are better suited to active babies and toddlers.
NOTE: We are situated on the first floor, so pushcairs will need to be collapsed – don't worry, we'll help you carry them up!

Designed specifically for tennis, padel, squash, badminton and pickleball players, our Reformer for Racket Sports class focuses on developing the strength, mobility and control needed to improve your performance on the court.
Using the Reformer, you'll build core strength, rotational power, balance and stability while improving flexibility and movement efficiency. The class targets the muscles used during serving, swinging, lunging and quick changes of direction, helping to enhance power, agility and endurance while reducing the risk of injury.
